Lendrum Spinning Wheels

Lendrum is a small workshop in Canada that has found a successor and is rebuilding production step by step. We stock the folding Lendrum spinning wheels and many original spare parts.

The Lendrum spinning wheels

What makes the Lendrum special

The Lendrum folds in seconds and fits in most travel bags, yet it is a full size double treadle wheel. With the Fast Flyer, Very Fast Flyer and Plying Head it covers everything from fine yarn to chunky plied yarn.

Lendrum spare parts

We stock many original parts: bobbins, plying bobbins, flyers, drive bands, tension knobs, thread guides, lazy kate and the Footman Upgrade Kit to convert a single treadle wheel to double treadle.

Lendrum FAQ

Is Lendrum still in business?

Yes. The workshop has found a successor. Wheels and parts are being made again and availability is growing step by step.

Base set or complete set?

The base set lets you start spinning right away. The complete set is worth it if you want to spin very fine yarn and ply a lot, since the Fast Flyer and Plying Head are included.

Do the parts fit older Lendrum wheels?

Tell us your model and roughly the year and we will check with Lendrum which parts fit.
