The Fantasia Jumbo Opening Set widens the flyer orifice of your Kromski Fantasia to accept Jumbo bobbins and Jumbo flyers. This opens up a whole new dimension for your Fantasia: spinning thick, voluminous yarns such as Bulky, Super Bulky, or artistic art-yarns.
Which yarns benefit from the Jumbo conversion?
The standard orifice is designed for yarns up to approximately Bulky weight. Those wishing to spin high-loft fibers, filament yarns, or experimental threads quickly reach this limit. The opening set removes this bottleneck permanently.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Jumbo Opening Set compatible with all Fantasia variants? Yes – it fits all wood finishes of the Fantasia as the mechanism is identical.
Do I need a Jumbo flyer after installing the opening set? The opening set creates the mechanical prerequisite. For full Jumbo spinning you will also need the Jumbo Flyer Set for the Fantasia.
