The Louet Blending Board KP0111 is made from lacquered laminated birchwood with a carding surface of 30 x 30 cm and fine 72 tpi clothing. You can use it to blend different fibre types and colours and form even rolags that spin more smoothly than unprepared fleece.
An adjustable wedge locks into three positions so you can set the board angle to suit your working style. No clamping to a table, no assembly needed.

Who is this board for?
The blending board works well for hand-spinners who want to mix different wool colours or fibre types (e.g. wool with silk, or alpaca with merino) without a drum carder. The 72 tpi fine cloth also handles shorter, softer fibres like merino, alpaca or cashmere.
